4. Quotations and Contracts

All quotations provided by VV RAJA LTD are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. A quotation does not constitute a contract. A contract is only formed when both parties sign a written agreement or when work commences following written acceptance of a quotation.

The scope of work, timelines, and costs will be clearly outlined in our quotation. Any variations to the agreed scope must be agreed in writing and may result in additional charges.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual contracts. Unless otherwise agreed:

• A deposit may be required before work commences
• Stage payments may be required for larger projects
• Final payment is due upon completion of the work
• Invoices are payable within 14 days of issue

We reserve the right to charge interest on late payments at the statutory rate.

Product warranties are provided by the respective manufacturers and are separate from our workmanship warranties.
